TBA Lens Privacy Policy

This policy describes TBA Lens version 0.9.4.

INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how Lokie Labs, S.L. ("Lokie Labs", "we", "us", "our") processes information when you use the TBA Lens browser extension (the "Extension"). It supplements our general Privacy Policy at https://www.lokielabs.com/privacy/ and prevails over it in the event of conflict in respect of the Extension.

TBA Lens helps you inspect and compare the public assets held in NFT-owned wallets on supported OpenSea pages. It is read-only. It does not connect to your wallet, does not request wallet signatures, seed phrases or private keys, and cannot submit purchases, transfers or sales. All figures shown are estimates derived from third-party data and must not be relied upon as a source of truth. See "No reliance and accuracy" below.

LAWS INCORPORATED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law, and additionally by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

The Extension operates on public blockchain and marketplace information. While you use OpenSea, it reads the relevant item or collection URL, NFT contract and token identifiers, collection names, artwork, public wallet traits and the market information needed for its features. It queries public account addresses, balances, held NFTs and prices. It does not read your browsing activity on unrelated sites.

If you paste a wallet address into the wallet checker, that address is used to query its public NFT holdings and to discover supported accounts owned by those NFTs. A public wallet address may constitute personal data where it can be linked to an identifiable person.

Our publisher service and the providers listed below receive standard network information, including your IP address and request headers.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

Data is used only to display NFT-owned wallet contents, compute value estimates, rank scanned collections, show NFT family, twin and companion relationships, remember your display preferences, and maintain those features.

We do not sell data, use it for unrelated advertising or profiling, or use it for lending or credit decisions. The Extension contains no advertising, no analytics and no automatic telemetry.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Requests to OpenSea, Blockscout and GoPlus are routed through our publisher service at https://tba-lens-api.lokielabs.workers.dev, hosted on Cloudflare Workers. That service adds our provider credentials on the server; no credential is ever placed in the Extension or requested from you. It caches public responses across users to reduce repeated provider calls.

The following recipients may receive public identifiers and standard network information:

Artwork loads from validated HTTPS image hosts supplied by NFT or token metadata. Each provider handles request logs under its own policy.

SECRECY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Provider credentials are held on the publisher service and are never included in the Extension package. The Extension requests no wallet permissions and performs no signing.

Our publisher service does not record application request logs during normal operation. Logging may be enabled temporarily to diagnose a specific fault and is disabled again afterwards. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes network data including IP addresses as part of delivering the service, under its own privacy policy. The service also keeps aggregate request budget and cooldown records, which contain counts and timestamps rather than per-user browsing histories.

TIME OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

On your device, the Extension stores display preferences, public data caches, wallet-checker snapshots for up to 24 hours, and collection scan summaries and checkpoints. These remain until you clear them or uninstall the Extension and are not synchronised to another device.

On the publisher service, cached holdings are retained for 5 minutes, floor data for 60 seconds, metadata and enumeration pages for 5 minutes, collection traits for 1 hour, related artwork metadata for 24 hours and token-risk data for 6 hours. Expired entries are normally deleted within approximately 10 minutes.

Shared collection indexes retain the latest completed public ranking and the current refresh checkpoint until replaced. These contain public NFT identifiers, observed owner addresses and value summaries. They are not a per-user browsing history, and clearing your browser storage does not delete them.

USER RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition by writing to contact@lokielabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

In addition, within the Extension you may: use Clear cache to delete cached holdings, prices, wallet-checker snapshots and saved collection scans; use the popup's display settings to hide collection widgets; and remove TBA Lens from Chrome to delete its storage and stop its activity.

PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

The Extension is not directed at persons under the age of 18.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES

The Extension displays links to OpenSea and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

NO RELIANCE AND ACCURACY

The Extension is an informational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

All values, rankings, balances, holdings, listings, floors, relationships and other figures presented by the Extension are estimates compiled from public blockchain data and third-party services. They may be incomplete, delayed, cached, partial, stale or incorrect at any time. Prices, listings and wallet contents can change at any moment, including between the time data is retrieved and the time it is displayed to you. Assets that cannot be priced, or that fall below our confidence thresholds, are excluded from totals and are therefore not reflected in any figure shown.

The Extension depends on external providers and public blockchain nodes that we do not control. Those services may be unavailable, rate-limited, delayed or return inaccurate data, and results may be presented as partial or unavailable as a consequence.

Collection floors, token prices and estimated values are indicative only and are not offers, quotes or guarantees of any price obtainable. Relationships shown between NFTs, including family, twin and companion links, describe protocol or collection relationships only and do not imply common ownership, transferability, or that any related asset will accompany a purchase.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Before entering into any transaction in reliance on information you have seen in the Extension, you must independently verify it directly on-chain and through other appropriate sources. Do not transact on the basis of the Extension alone.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lokie Labs, S.L. accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including any trading, investment or transactional loss, arising from or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, the Extension or any information it presents. The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

TBA Lens is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenSea, Google, Robinhood, Yuga Labs or any featured NFT collection.

ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

By installing and using the Extension you accept this Privacy Policy. If our data practices change we will update this policy and the corresponding Chrome Web Store disclosures.
